« FRENCH CONSERVES »

« FRENCH CONSERVES » are homemade pâté and stews properly sterilized in classic glassware.
These products are sold under the brandname of « Domaine de l’artisan ».
The whole range are made from free range pig reared in the open.
For stews such as our traditional « potée de chez nous » or « joues de porc au cidre », we select the best cuts of pork meat: knuckle, shoulder, and pork cheek medallions, …and cook the dishes in an artisanal style.
This type of glassware sterilised pots is ideal for a long shelf life !
