The organic pork charcuterie

Our organic range of charcuterie products are hand-made. It can only be sold, on demand, in specialized “organic food” stores.

The meat comes from organic pigs fed with organic cereals.

Our portfolio of products includes:

• traditional boneless ham
• roasted garlic pork
• cured dried sausage
• traditional « rillettes » (a potted pork meat spread)
• « pâtés » cooked in our wood burning oven
